Virtual Visits through MDLIVE
With MDLIVE Virtual Visits, care is always within reach. You and your covered family members can connect with a board-certified doctor, therapist, or dermatologist 24/7 from anywhere—by phone, video, or mobile app. No waiting rooms, no travel—just convenient, non-emergency care when you need it.
MDLIVE is available to all pre-65 retirees and family members enrolled in the Atmos Energy Retiree Medical Plan. All MDLIVE visits are available for a $20 copay, regardless of your medical plan (EPO, PPO, or HDHP).

Wellness Program through Well onTarget (BCBSTX)
Well onTarget through BCBSTX is a digital wellness program that provides designed to help you make healthier choices, track your progress, and earn rewards along the way. It’s available to all Atmos Energy employees age 18 or older who are enrolled in the Atmos Energy Medical Plan.
What you can do with Well onTarget:
- Explore wellness resources: Access articles, videos, and podcasts on topics like fitness, nutrition, stress management, and quitting smoking
- Participate in programs: Digital self-management programs guide you through weight loss, activity challenges, and healthy habit-building
- Track your progress: Use interactive tools and the AlwaysOn app to monitor exercise, nutrition, sleep, and more
- Take a health assessment: Learn more about your current health and receive a personalized wellness report
As you complete healthy activities in Well onTarget, you earn Blue Points that can be redeemed for gift cards or other rewards. Activities that may earn points include taking the health assessment, completing self‑management programs, syncing a fitness device, and participating in fitness or wellness activities.
Well onTarget also offers access to fitness programs and discounts through participating centers and classes, helping you stay active with flexible options across the country.

Diabetes Management Program
Take control of your diabetes with Teladoc Health’s personalized diabetes management program that provides the tools, support, and guidance you need to manage your Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes effectively. Atmos Energy pre-65 retirees and eligible family members with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes who are enrolled in the Atmos Energy Retiree Medical Plan can participate in this program at no cost.
The program provides:
- Smart blood glucose meter: Connects to your Teladoc Health account for easy tracking.
- Unlimited strips and lancets: Delivered directly to your home with no copays or out-of-pocket costs.
- Expert coaching: Certified diabetes care specialists provide personalized tips and support.
- Real-time insights: Your meter uploads readings automatically to the Teladoc Health app, offering feedback and alerts when readings are out of range.
- Convenient access: Reach a coach anytime via your meter or app for guidance and questions.

Hypertension Management Program
Managing high blood pressure can make a big difference in your long‑term health and Teladoc Health’s hypertension management program is here to help. Atmos Energy pre-65 retirees and eligible family members diagnosed with high blood pressure who are enrolled in the Atmos Energy Retiree Medical Plan can participate in this program at no cost.
The program combines connected technology with expert coaching and personalized support to help you lower and control your blood pressure:
- Wireless blood pressure monitoring: A connected blood pressure cuff that automatically uploads your readings for easy tracking.
- Mobile app access: View trends, set reminders, and track your progress right from your phone.
- 24/7 lifestyle coaching: Support for stress management, blood pressure goals, nutrition, and weight management.
- Personalized recommendations: Tailored lifestyle tips to help you improve your heart health.
- Alerts and reminders: Notifications for high readings and reminders to check your blood pressure regularly.

Airrosti
Airrosti provides specialized treatment for muscle and joint pain to help relieve pain quickly and address the root cause of the issue. It is available to pre-65 retirees and family members enrolled in the Atmos Energy Retiree Medical Plan.

In-person and virtual visits are covered by BCBSTX through the Atmos Energy Medical Plan at $0 for EPO and PPO participants. HDHP participants will pay the full cost of each visit until their deductible is met.
Note: Since Airrosti is focused on treating the root cause of the problem, your condition may take only three or four visits to resolve.
